Che'fle Canal Hotel Hangzhou is a five-star luxury boutique hotel invested by the Hangzhou Canal Group Investment Ltd. with investment totaling RMB 250 million and covering an area of over 10,000 square meters. The Hotel is managed by Shanghai AVA Hotel Management Limited. AVA Hotel Management Co., Ltd. is based in Hong Kong.

酒店选址于京杭大运河边的杭州大兜路历史街区，酒店整体属历史文化保护建筑群，由11栋原国家厂丝仓库设计、改造而成。独特的开放式设计，将璀璨的人文景观与运河秀美的自然景色合二为一， 相互辉映。酒店沿袭了运河航运仓储古建筑群的风格，具有重要的历史价值，更是运河仓储文化的实物见证。
